As a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Hilary is licensed and trained to treat behavioral health concerns across the lifespan. Specific clinical interests include: integrative psychiatry, disordered eating, addiction, as well as adolescent and young adult issues.
Hilary graduated from the University of Texas at Austin twice, first with a Bachelor of Arts honors degree in psychology and later with a Master of Science as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Hilary is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society and the Phi Beta Kappa Academic Honors Society. She is also a registered yoga teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance.
She believes there are many avenues to wellness, and she appreciates a role for both Western and complementary and alternative medicine. Some tools that can contribute to long lasting wellness include:

Hilary makes clinical decisions based on the most up-to-date research and evidence-based interventions. She carefully blends therapeutic interaction with medication management. Hilary hopes to work together with her clients to find the right combination of treatments and tools to help them live life to the fullest. Hilary treats patients ages 13 years old and up.
