Greg is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner trained in the treatment of a variety of mental and behavioral disorders. He incorporates evidence-based integrative medicine into his practice maximizing non-pharmacological interventions while recognizing the importance of medications.

Greg utilizes a multi-faceted approach focusing on how clients internalize and interact with the world around them. He believes the most effective treatment centers on one’s spirituality, diet, physical activity, emotional support and medication when needed. The dysregulation of these components can lead to distress and realignment is necessary to bring peace of mind.

As a seasoned psychiatric Registered Nurse Greg has cared for clients experiencing addiction, depression, PTSD, ADHD, bipolar disorders, anxiety, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorders and personality disorders. His broad experience enables him to conduct comprehensive interviews with patients to ensure appropriate treatments are implemented.

Greg comes from a diverse background. He earned his undergraduate degree in communications from The University of Wisconsin graduating magna cum laude. After several unfulfilling years in marketing he decided to dedicate his life to helping others. Greg earned his masters degree in nursing from The University of Texas at Austin with a focus in nurse education. After completing his graduate degree he earned a post-masters certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from The University of Texas.

When not trying to stay abreast of the latest research in psychiatry Greg enjoys playing guitar, camping and hiking with his family, hand tool woodworking and taking care of his two dogs, Charlie and Tink.

Greg is currently accepting new patients ages 18-65 at CGP's West Lake office.
